What is Double Sided Tissue Tape?
Double Sided Tissue Tape consists of a thin tissue paper carrier coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides, protected by a release liner. The tissue carrier is very thin (typically 0.035–0.065mm), making the tape almost completely invisible after application — ideal for splicing, lamination, and assembly where a clean, gap-free bond with no visible bulk is required.
Carpenter Double Sided Tissue Tape is available in acrylic adhesive (better UV resistance, suitable for lamination) and rubber-based adhesive (higher initial tack, better for paper and card bonding) systems. The tissue carrier allows the tape to be hand-torn for easy application without scissors or dispensers.
